Quality Management (QM)

We have developed an internal quality management system with the aim to continuously improve our performance and services.

All staff are involved in our QM system and constantly monitor and improve processes and strategies related to patient treatment. The mission and overriding purpose of our orthodontist practice is high-quality patient service, tailored to individual requirements of our patients.

It is our intention to constantly monitor our quality standards and simultaneously work on further improvements. This is particularly important given increasing competition between practices in the health sector. Thus, improvement of processes related to patient treatment is central to our philosophy.

Cuts in external funding mean limited resources available to deal with patients. Standardised quality standards and evaluations facilitate benchmarking activities.
